HOW IT WORKS
It takes approximately 10 working days to repair your shoes. Wait times may be longer during busy periods but we always aim to keep you in the loop regarding any delays.
Arrange your repair today in two easy steps!
1) Simply select your required repair/s and add them to the basket. fill out our online booking form, this is also where you'll pay for your repair.
2) When you fill out the booking form you have three options to choose from, either Workshop Drop off, Red-Point vault or postage. (To access the drop off vault, the password is in the booking confirmation email.
