Warranty and Disclaimer Information:
I don’t warranty any wear and tear on Climbing Shoe soles or Rands.
I cannot predict how much or how fast climbing shoe soles and Rands will wear.
Many factors come in to play; indoor/outdoor climbing, surface, stickiness of rubber, technique, weight, and strength of the climber, temperature, moisture, sun, and storage location, Lack of personal care to your footwear & amongst other things. I only source the best rubber compounds that are on the market either, Vibram and Unparallel Rubber – formerly 5:10).
What I do warranty: Delamination.
If you are experiencing any serious delamination, please bring your climbing shoe to me ASAP. If you cannot make it in person, please email me with photos and a description of the issue, within a week of the delamination. I am happy to re-glue previous work at no charge. I cannot honor warranty requests of shoes that have continued to be climbed in after the issue has occurred or more than 1 month after notifying me.
